CNC machining

Our wide range of state-of-the-art CNC machines extends from barfeed lathes to machining centres, giving us the capacity to manufacture a wide variety of components for fluid power equipment, petrochemical and offshore oil industries, automotive and capital plant and other manufactured equipment. Products include manifold blocks, valve blocks, hydraulic fittings and adaptors, cylinder parts, and components for torque-tensioning systems among others.

Our maximum milling capacity has recently been increased, so that we can now produce components such as manifold or valve blocks in sizes up 730mm x 730mm x 740mm, with weights of up to 700kg.
